Job Description

  • Training Delivery:Conduct comprehensive cyber security training sessions for students and professionals.
  • Cover topics such as network security, ethical hacking, cryptography, risk management, compliance, and incident response.
  • Curriculum Development:Design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, practical exercises, and case studies.
  • Ensure the curriculum aligns with industry standards and certifications like CEH, CISSP, CISM, and CompTIA Security+.
  • Hands-On Learning:Facilitate practical labs and real-world simulations to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship during hands-on projects.
  • Assessment & Feedback:Evaluate students progress through assignments, quizzes, and assessments.
  • Provide constructive feedback and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Industry Updates:Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in cyber security.
  • Integrate new developments into training modules to ensure relevance.
  • Support & Guidance:Assist students with queries related to course content and career guidance.
  • Provide support in certification exam preparation.
  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (CEH, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, etc.) are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in cyber security training or relevant work experience in the cyber security domain.
  • Strong knowledge of tools like Kali Linux, Wireshark, Metasploit, and other penetration testing frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in corporate or academic training.
  • Familiarity with online training platforms and virtual labs.
