Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Trainer with strong hands-on expertise either in Cisco Security or Netskope or Forcepoint platforms. The trainer will deliver enterprise-focused, product-specific and architecture-level training for security engineers, architects, and SOC teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cisco Security Training:

• Deliver training on Cisco security solutions such as:
• Cisco Secure Web / Umbrella
• Cisco Firepower NGFW
• Cisco Secure Email & Endpoint
• Cisco Secure Access (ZTNA)
• Explain Cisco security architecture, deployment models, and integrations
• Guide learners on configuration, policy management, and troubleshooting

OR

2. Netskope Platform Training

• Conduct instructor-led and hands-on training on:
• Netskope CASB, SWG, ZTNA & SSE
• Cloud data protection and SaaS security
• Policy design, enforcement, and reporting
• Train teams on Netskope integrations with SIEM, IAM, and endpoint tools

OR

3. Forcepoint Platform Training

• Deliver practical training on:
• Forcepoint DLP, Web Security, CASB & NGFW
• Data classification, policy tuning, and incident workflows
• Support real-world enterprise use cases and troubleshooting scenarios

And

4. Architecture & Use-Case-Based Training

• Teach SASE / SSE and Zero Trust architectures using:
• Cisco + Netskope + Forcepoint combinations
• Design cross-vendor security use cases for:
• Cloud security
• Data loss prevention
• Secure web access
• Explain tool positioning and coexistence in large enterprises

5. Training Content & Enablement

• Develop courseware, labs, demos, and assessments
• Customize training programs for:
• Engineers & Architects
• SOC & Operations teams
• Customers, partners, and internal teams
• Support certification readiness and technical enablement
