Brief Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Information Security & Data Privacy Leader to drive security, privacy, and risk management initiatives across digital products, platforms, and operational services. The role will partner with business and technology teams to ensure security and privacy requirements are effectively integrated into business operations and digital solutions.
• Lead information security and data privacy activities across assigned business and technology domains. Provide security and privacy guidance to projects, products, and operational teams. Conduct risk assessments, business impact assessments, and privacy impact assessments.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate information security, privacy, and compliance risks. Translate security and privacy requirements into practical business and technical solutions. Promote security awareness and privacy best practices through training and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership to strengthen governance and compliance. Communicate risks, recommendations, and priorities effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Required Experience & Skills : Strong experience in Information Security and Data Privacy. Good understanding of security and privacy frameworks such as: ISO 27001 ISO 27701 NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) Other relevant industry standards Experience conducting risk, security, and privacy assessments. Ability to balance security requirements with business objectives. Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills. Experience influencing teams and driving security improvements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, networks, or digital products. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISSP-ISSAP, or equivalent. Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Exposure to security and privacy governance within large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
