Lead and drive the Group-wide OT Cyber Security strategy, governance, and execution to protect critical infrastructure and industrial control systems across multiple Adani business units. The role is responsible for building a resilient, compliant, and future-ready OT security ecosystem aligned with global standards and enterprise risk priorities.

Experience
- 18 years of total experience with hands-on experience in OT environment and Cyber Security, with strong expertise in OT/ICS systems – DCS/PLC/SCADA
- Proven leadership in enterprise-scale OT security programs across multiple business units
Experience in strategy definition, governance frameworks, and large-scale deployments.
Core Competencies
- Bachelor's/Master's in Instrumentation, Electrical /Electronics, IT, or related field
- Certifications such as GICSP, IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM preferred
- Strong knowledge of OT environments – Energy, Gas, Manufacturing & Transport
- Expertise in ICS/SCADA/DCS/PLC security and OT architecture
- Strong understanding of IEC 62443 and OT security frameworks
- Experience with OT tools (Claroty, Nozomi,Tenable), risk & vulnerability management
- Knowledge of network security, segmentation, AD, AV, WSUS, NMS, and log management
- Ability to stay up to date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute Group OT security strategy and roadmap
- Establish and lead OT Cyber Security CoE and governance models
- Drive OT Security projects and Operations
Risk, Governance & Compliance
- Implement frameworks aligned to IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001, NCIIPC, CERT-IN, CEA
- Support in risk assessments, cyber maturity programs, and compliance initiatives
- Define KPIs/KRIs to measure OT security posture across BUs
Program & Operations
- Oversee deployment of OT security solutions (IDS visibility, monitoring, SOC integration)
- Ensure network segmentation, secure remote access, patching, and asset management
- Strengthen OT SOC and incident detection/response capabilities
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with CXOs, BU Heads, O&M, CISOs and Digital teams for security integration
- Support BU CISOs for managing cyber risk posture and initiatives at executive/board level
- Build and mentor high-performing OT security teams across the Group
