Cyber Security Presales Engineer / Solution Consultant (4–5 Yrs) – Hyderabad
Role Overview
We are looking for a
Techno-Commercial Cybersecurity Presales Engineer who can understand customer requirements, design security solutions, and support the sales team with proposals, demos, and POCs.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer security requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Design end-to-end cybersecurity solutions across network, cloud, and applications
- Prepare solution architecture, BoQ (Bill of Quantity), and proposals
- Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and POCs (Proof of Concept)
- Work closely with sales teams to close deals
- Engage with OEMs and internal technical teams for solution building
Required Technical Skills
Hands-on or working knowledge in
any of the below areas:
- Network Security – NGFW, VPN, SASE
- Application Security – WAF, API Security
- Endpoint Security – EDR / XDR
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- SIEM / SOC / UEBA
- Cloud Security (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Preferred OEM / Tools Experience (Any Of These)
- Fortinet
- Palo Alto
- Check Point
- Cisco Security
- Zscaler / Netskope
- CrowdStrike
- IBM QRadar
Candidate Profile
- 4–5 years of experience in Cybersecurity Presales / Solutioning
- Experience working with: System Integrators / IT Services / Cybersecurity companies
- Strong understanding of security architecture and solution design
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Client-facing experience is mandatory
