Role Description The Cyber Security Trainer will deliver structured, high-quality training sessions on core cybersecurity topics to learners at various skill levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and updating training materials, conducting classroom sessions, demonstrating tools and techniques, guiding learners through hands-on labs, and answering questions related to real-world cyber security scenarios. The trainer will also assess learner performance, provide feedback, and support interview preparation and career guidance in the cybersecurity domain. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, requiring regular collaboration with instructional designers and support staff to ensure course effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of core Cybersecurity concepts and practices, with the ability to explain them clearly to diverse learners.
  • Hands-on expertise in Network Security and Information Security, including common protocols, security controls, and risk management fundamentals.
  • Practical experience in Application Security, including secure coding principles, vulnerability assessment, and remediation strategies.
  • Understanding of Malware Analysis techniques and threat detection methodologies relevant to modern attack landscapes.
  • Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or corporate training, preferably in cybersecurity or related IT domains.
  • Relevant certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and support learners from varied backgrounds.
  • Ability to design or refine training content, lab exercises, and assessment materials based on industry best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
