Job Title: Cyber Security Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:
  • Serve as the primary liaison for Internal Audit, IT Risk, and Security Governance teams, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, SAMA, SWIFT CSCF, and internal security standards.
  • Design, implement, and support enterprise network security architectures, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, traffic analysis, and secure network segmentation.
  • Manage and optimize perimeter security technologies such as Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), and network access controls.
  • Lead cloud and edge security initiatives involving WAF, DDoS protection, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), VPC/VNet security, and cloud-native security controls.
  • Administer web security and Secure Web Gateway (SWG) solutions, including URL filtering, SSL inspection, proxy management, and user-based access controls.
  • Drive network visibility and micro-segmentation programs through application dependency mapping, east-west traffic analysis, and policy enforcement.
  • Govern firewall and network security policies, including rule lifecycle management, policy optimization, compliance reviews, and multi-vendor security platform integration.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks by collaborating with stakeholders and vendors, tracking remediation activities through ServiceNow, and supporting operational risk reporting.
  • Support security operations, incident response, audit readiness, and governance activities through comprehensive documentation, evidence management, and compliance reporting.
  • Deliver continuous improvements through automation, process optimization, dashboards, vulnerability reporting, and implementation of security controls across the EMEA Bank and Securities technology estate.

Qualifications
  • Possess 8+ years of experience in Cyber Security or Information Security, with strong expertise in enterprise security operations and governance.
  • Demonstrate advanced technical proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, networking, infrastructure, and operating system security.
  • Administer and support enterprise cybersecurity platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and operational effectiveness.
  • Leverage expertise in Active Directory (AD), DNS, GPO, access controls, log analysis, and data protection technologies to troubleshoot and secure integrated environments.
  • Apply security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and related industry standards to strengthen security posture.
  • Collaborate with audit, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to manage security controls, governance requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • Drive operational excellence through automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible to improve efficiency and reduce platform-related incidents.
  • Lead audit engagements and maintain strong relationships with internal and external auditors by ensuring timely delivery of evidence, documentation, and remediation activities.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, effectively translating technical findings for non-technical audiences.
  • Contribute strategically to cybersecurity improvements by identifying risks, proactively solving complex problems, supporting cloud security initiatives (AWS/Azure), ServiceNow processes, and enhancing overall control effectiveness through continuous improvement initiatives.
