Cyber Security Manager (GRC)

Role Description The Cyber Security Manager (GRC) will oversee governance, risk, and compliance activities to ensure robust security practices across the organization. This full-time, on-site role in Navi Mumbai involves developing and maintaining security policies and standards, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and industry frameworks. The role includes coordinating vulnerability assessments, supporting audits, and leading security awareness initiatives for internal teams. The Cyber Security Manager (GRC) will collaborate with IT, business, and external stakeholders to prioritize remediation efforts, manage incident response processes, and continuously improve the organization's security posture.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Cybersecurity and Information Security skills, with experience in governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Candidates should possess Network Security skills, including securing network infrastructure, monitoring for threats, and implementing best practices.
• Candidates should possess Application Security and Vulnerability Assessment skills, including identifying, evaluating, and remediating security weaknesses.
• Relevant skills such as knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, or similar standards; familiarity with data protection and privacy regulations; and experience with security tools and monitoring platforms are beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, along with prior experience in a security management or GRC-focused role, is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead security initiatives, are essential.
