Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Cyber Security Engineer with a strong background in software management and IT coordination. The ideal candidate will take ownership of our digital security infrastructure, support software implementation initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure robust security and seamless operations across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Hunting: Identify and evaluate software tools for General & Administrative (G&A) and other departments to optimize operations.

Software Implementation: Manage and oversee the rollout and integration of new software for G&A and relevant teams.

Weekly Jira Audit: Conduct weekly audits of IT and Web Security tasks on Jira to ensure adherence to protocols.

Software Testing: Perform rigorous testing and vulnerability checks on all Gehi Law websites to ensure security and functionality.

Monthly Software Audit: Track and audit all software subscriptions and usage across departments to optimize resources and mitigate risks.

Manual Creation: Develop and maintain detailed manuals and SOPs for daily operational duties and IT processes.

SPOC for IT Projects: Act as the Single Point of Contact for IT projects—collaborating with internal teams and liaising with external vendors to ensure timely and effective execution.
