As a Cyber Security Trainer, you will play a key role in shaping future cybersecurity professionals by delivering practical, industry-oriented training. You will mentor learners, guide them through real-world scenarios, and help them build skills required to succeed in the cybersecurity domain.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions on Cyber Security concepts
- Train students on modules such as Ethical Hacking, Network Security, SOC, SIEM, and Cloud Security
- Provide hands-on practical exposure through real-time projects and lab sessions
- Mentor students and guide them on career paths, certifications, and interview preparation
- Track and evaluate student performance through assignments, mock tests, and projects
- Support students in building strong portfolios and job-ready skills
- Stay updated with the latest tools, threats, and cybersecurity trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training quality and student outcomes
Job Qualification & Skill Set:
- Strong understanding of:
- Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing
- Network Security & Firewalls
- Security Tools (Wireshark, Metasploit, Nmap, Burp Suite)
- Linux & Windows environments
- Basic understanding of Cloud Security (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring
