With a strong focus on ethical hacking, SOC operations, and threat analysis, we aim to build the next generation of cyber defenders.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cyber Security Trainer based at our Trivandrum campus.

As a Cyber Security Trainer, you will play a critical role in training and mentoring aspiring cybersecurity professionals. You will be responsible for conducting interactive sessions, building hands-on labs, and guiding students through both offensive and defensive security topics. Your role will involve curriculum development, lab design, and continuous student evaluation.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience: 01 year (Freshers with a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply)
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with an engaging teaching style
• Mindset: Real-world, problem-solving approach to cybersecurity training

Technical Knowledge:

• Offensive Security: Red Teaming, Ethical Hacking, Penetration Testing
• Defensive Security: SOC Operations, Threat Hunting, Incident Response, SIEM

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and platforms such as: Kali Linux, Burp Suite, Wireshark, Suricata, Splunk/ELK, OpenVAS
• Experience in designing practical labs and CTF challenges
• Passion for mentoring students and providing career guidance
• Up-to-date with the latest cyber threats, tools, and industry trends
