Role Description The Cyber Security Faculty will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, up-to-date cybersecurity courses to undergraduate and postgraduate learners in an on-site setting in Gujarat, India. This full-time role includes designing lesson plans, preparing teaching materials, conducting lectures and practical lab sessions, and evaluating student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations. The faculty member will guide learners on real-world cybersecurity applications, mentor them on academic and career pathways, and support placement readiness through project-based learning and industry-oriented case studies. The role also involves collaborating with academic leadership to refine curriculum content, integrating current industry trends and certifications, participating in faculty meetings and academic events, and contributing to continuous improvement in teaching quality and learner outcomes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge in Cyber Security, including network security, application security, encryption, and security operations.
• Candidates should possess skills in practical cyber defense, such as vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, incident response, and secure configuration management.
• Candidates should possess skills in security tools and technologies, including common SIEM platforms, endpoint protection tools, firewalls, and monitoring utilities.
• Candidates should possess skills in curriculum development and academic delivery, including lesson planning, instructional design, and assessment creation.
• Candidates should possess skills in classroom facilitation and learner engagement, including clear communication, mentoring, and the ability to explain complex topics in accessible ways.
• Relevant academic qualifications such as a Master's degree or higher in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field are preferred.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, CISM, Security+, or equivalent) would be highly beneficial.
• Prior teaching, training, or corporate learning experience in cybersecurity or IT security, especially in higher education or professional programs, is an advantage.
