Job Title: Cyber Security Engineer - L1 (End Point Security)

Job Overview: Hiring a Cyber Security Engineer L1 with hands-on experience in Endpoint Security deployment and monitoring in enterprise and data center environments. The role primarily focuses on Sophos and CrowdStrike endpoint solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and support Endpoint Security solutions in enterprise/data center environments.
• Hands-on experience with Sophos Endpoint / Intercept X / Central and CrowdStrike Falcon.
• Exposure to Trend Micro Deep Security/Apex One, Trellix, and SentinelOne.
• Perform L1-level troubleshooting during deployment and operations.
• Monitor security alerts, events, and dashboards.
• Escalate incidents to L2 teams or OEM Global Technical Support.
• Maintain deployment and incident documentation.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Endpoint Security & EDR concepts.
• Experience with Sophos and/or CrowdStrike.
• Knowledge of malware, ransomware, and incident response.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

Education & Certifications:

• B. Tech (Computer Science) / BCA / MCA (Not pursuing any course).
• CCNA or relevant Cyber Security/Networking certification preferred.

Experience Criteria:

• 13 years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years in Endpoint Security deployment preferred.
