Job Description

I am actively hiring a Customer Support Mobile Security / Cybersecurity Engineer to join a globally leading mobile security and cybersecurity product company.

In this role, you will serve as the technical expert supporting enterprise customers using the company's mobile security and SaaS-based solutions. You will be responsible for investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with Customer Success, Product, DevOps, and Engineering teams to diagnose issues, validate customer-specific fixes with QA, and escalate product bugs through JIRA when necessary. The role also involves building strong product expertise, documenting technical solutions, and providing feedback to internal teams to improve product performance and customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with experience in SQL, Python or Java scripting, and Unix/Linux environments. Exposure to mobile applications, mobile architecture, or MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune, AirWatch, MobileIron, or Citrix is preferred. Familiarity with cloud technologies, SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, ArcSight), and container platforms is an advantage.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 15 years of experience supporting enterprise or cloud-based applications. Experience with mobile application infrastructure or iOS/Android deployment will be a plus.
