We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer who can identify risks, secure systems, and respond to threats proactively. This role is about practical security implementation not just theory or certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor systems for security threats and vulnerabilities
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Implement security controls and best practices
- Investigate and respond to security incidents
- Work with engineering teams to fix vulnerabilities
- Maintain security policies, standards, and documentation
- Stay updated on emerging threats and attack patterns

- Strong understanding of network security and application security
- Hands-on experience with security tools and practices
- Ability to identify real-world vulnerabilities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Practical exposure beyond certifications
Tech Stack (Expected Exposure)
- Security tools (Burp Suite, Nessus, Wireshark, etc.)
- SIEM tools (Splunk, ELK good to have)
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls)
- OS-level security (Linux/Windows)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 25+ years of cybersecurity / information security experience

- Certifications (CEH, CISSP, Security+)
- Experience in cloud security (AWS/Azure)
