Key Responsibilities
Security Service Delivery
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
- Oversee security operations including vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, identity and access management, and governance activities.
- Ensure timely implementation of security controls, remediation activities, and risk mitigation plans.
- Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Program & Project Management
- Lead cybersecurity projects from initiation through closure.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage project schedules, dependencies, and risks.
- Provide regular status reporting to senior leadership and customers.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and executive stakeholders.
- Conduct service reviews, governance meetings, and executive briefings.
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders and technology teams.
- Align cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives and customer expectations.
