Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Developer (IAM) to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team on a 1-year contract. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting SailPoint IdentityNow/Identity IQ solutions to ensure seamless identity management for the organization. As part of this team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best-in-class IAM solutions while adhering to security and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

SailPoint Development & Configuration: Design, configure, and implement SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ to automate identity lifecycle processes such as user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification.

Customization: Develop and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors to integrate with a variety of systems (e.g., Active Directory, SAP, ServiceNow).

Hands-on experience integrating SailPoint with various enterprise applications (e.g., Active Directory, SAP, ServiceNow).

Identity & Access Management Knowledge: Deep understanding of IAM concepts, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.

Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve complex technical issues.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating with technical and business teams.

Security & Compliance: Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA.

Preferred Skills:

Certifications: SailPoint certifications (e.g., SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer, SailPoint IdentityNow Implementation) are highly desirable.

Cloud IAM: Experience working with cloud-based IAM solutions and technologies.

Agile & DevOps: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.

Security Governance: Experience working with security governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks
