Role Description

This is a hybrid, volunteer role for a Cyber Security Analyst, primarily based in Panchkula with some remote work flexibility. The Cyber Security Analyst will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential cyber threats. They will perform malware analysis, monitor network traffic for vulnerabilities, and implement application security measures. Active collaboration with the team to enhance security infrastructure and ensure the protection of critical assets is a core part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Application Security and expertise in Network Security practices
• Proficiency in Cybersecurity principles, including risk assessment and vulnerability management
• Skills in Malware Analysis and threat detection techniques
• Strong Analytical Skills to solve complex security challenges
• Familiarity with security tools and methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field is desirable
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) is a plus
