Cyber Security Analyst

Job Description :

• Support the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of network security technologies across the EMEA Bank and Securities technology landscape.
• Manage and support network security controls including Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Secure Web Gateways (SWG), proxy solutions, and Network Access Control (NAC).
• Assist in securing cloud and edge environments through technologies such as WAF, DDoS protection, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), micro-segmentation, and cloud-native security controls.
• Perform network security administration activities including firewall policy management, rule reviews, compliance validation, and traffic flow analysis.
• Identify security risks, vulnerabilities, and control gaps, collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors to implement mitigation and remediation plans.
• Support security governance, audit, and regulatory compliance initiatives by aligning controls with ISO 27001, SAMA, SWIFT CSCF, and internal security standards.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation, evidence repositories, implementation artifacts, and operational procedures to support internal and external audits.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, standardization, and operational efficiency enhancements.
• Contribute to security incident response, operational security activities, vulnerability management, and compliance reporting across the organization.
• Partner with senior engineers, risk teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure network solutions, compliance reporting, dashboards, automation tools, and successful control implementations.

• Possess 2-4 years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, or related technology support roles, with a strong foundation in security operations and infrastructure security.
• Demonstrate solid technical expertise in Windows Server, Linux environments, networking concepts, operating systems, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience administering and supporting enterprise security platforms, including access management, log monitoring, data protection, and security tooling.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and other industry best practices.
• Proficient in troubleshooting complex integrated environments involving Active Directory (AD), DNS, Group Policy (GPO), authentication services, and network-connected systems.
• Exposure to automation and scripting technologies such as PowerShell, Python, or Ansible to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Experience working with audit, risk, compliance, and governance teams to support assessments, remediation activities, evidence collection, and regulatory requirements.
