Role Overview

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst Intern to join our team in Gurugram (Hybrid).

This role is ideal for individuals with 6 months to 1 year of experience in cybersecurity who are eager to apply their skills in a dynamic, mission-oriented environment. You'll work closely with senior analysts and engineers, contributing to real-world projects across cybersecurity operations, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents

- Conduct vulnerability assessments and assist in remediation tracking

- Support internal audits, risk assessments, and ISO 27001 readiness activities

- Contribute to documentation, reporting, and control implementation

- Research emerging threats, attack vectors, and cybersecurity trends

- Assist in policy and compliance initiatives related to ISO 27001:2022 and DPDP Act / GRC

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a secure IT and OT environment

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in B.Tech / B.E / MCA / M.Sc (Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field)

- 1 2 year of experience in cybersecurity operations, monitoring, or risk analysis

- Understanding of key cybersecurity domains: network security, incident response, threat analysis, and vulnerability management

- Familiarity with SIEM tools, EDR platforms, and basic scripting or automation

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred / Good to Have

- Knowledge of ISO 27001:2022, DPDP Act, or GRC frameworks

- Awareness of OT/ICS cybersecurity concepts

- Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or ISO 27001 Foundation

- Exposure to risk assessment, policy documentation, or SOC operations
