  • Contribute to infrastructure projects, including design, deployment, and optimization of security solutions
  • Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities; propose and implement solutions
  • Maintain accurate documentation (architecture diagrams, procedures, runbooks)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, including coordination with OT security teams where network and industrial environments intersect
  • Provide support for service requests and incidents, and participate in on-call rotation

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on network security
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise firewall technologies, preferably Check Point
  • Experience with secure web gateway / zero trust platforms, preferably Zscaler
  • Experience designing and deploying firewall solutions in data center environments (3+ years)
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or VMware NSX (2+ years)
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs)
  • Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience supporting or collaborating with OT (Operational Technology) or industrial network environments
  • Experience working in global or multi-data center environments
  • Familiarity with infrastructure documentation and standard operational processes
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with automation or scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
  • Exposure to security frameworks and best practices
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Check Point, Zscaler, CCNP Security, CISSP)
