Position Summary
As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you'll work as Cyber Solution Architect within the Operate Solution Hub, you will be responsible for coordinating the design of large and complex managed cybersecurity deals. These deals require solutioning for multi-domain within Cyber such as Infrastructure Security, IAM, GRC, Data Security, Vulnerability Management. The Solution Hub is designed to drive an optimum process for solutioning and pricing cross-cyber-domain managed security deals, reducing friction for cross-Offering Portfolio pursuits and optimizing review. By providing services such as inputs for deal qualifications, cyber benchmarks/effort estimation, and solution/pricing review, the Cyber Operate Solution Hub will be a focused space to increase win rates and profitability.
Work you'll do
As a Manager on the Cyber Operate Solution Hub team, you will be responsible for solution design and architecture activities:
- Leading development of cyber solution storyboards, total cost of ownership analyses, estimation frameworks, and pricing model inputs for managed security engagements across multiple cyber domains
- Designing differentiated deal structures and commercial models, including service tiers, outcome-based service level agreements, and cross-domain pricing strategies
- Collaborating with cyber subject matter specialists and pursuit stakeholders across Infrastructure Security, Identity and Access Management, Security Operations Center, Governance Risk and Compliance, and Vulnerability Management towers
- Supporting client discussions, orals, due diligence, and solution presentations that address threat landscape, regulatory obligations, security maturity gaps, and measurable risk reduction outcomes
- Working with transition and delivery teams to align pricing strategies with onboarding complexity, tool integration timelines, and steady-state managed security operations
The team
Cyber Operate Practice is focused on helping our clients identify and manage the cyber risks arising from their association with third parties or service providers. We help our clients to define their overall third-party cyber risk strategy, design and implement enterprise-wide programs and technology that focus on identifying and reducing risks; help them evaluate their objectives, priorities, strengths and weaknesses and roll out large scale organizational changes to achieve goals.

Qualifications
Required:
- 9-15 years of experience in cybersecurity, including 6+ years in cybersecurity presales
- Experience solutioning enterprise cybersecurity services across multiple domains
- Experience developing business cases, estimation models, and pricing frameworks for managed security services
- Experience designing cyber managed service solutions across security domains
- Experience working in matrixed teams during deal pursuits with changing project requirements and timelines
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
