Position: Cyber Fraud Operations Analyst

Experience Required: 8+ Years

Work Schedule: 24x7 Rotational Shifts

Shift Timings (IST):

• 04:30 AM – 12:30 PM

• 12:30 PM – 08:30 PM

• 08:30 PM – 04:30 AM

Teams rotate shifts on a weekly basis, with flexibility to coordinate schedules around PTO and sick leave.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor alerts and dashboards within Fastly, Kasada, and related security platforms to identify automated attacks and suspicious activities in real time.

Investigate suspicious websites and prepare documentation required for takedown requests.

Review customer accounts for signs of compromise and execute password resets and remediation actions following established runbooks.

Document investigations, findings, and response actions in ticketing and case management systems.

Ensure seamless handoffs across shifts in a global 24x7 operations environment.

Support continuous improvement of fraud detection rules, operational playbooks, and response processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

️ 8+ years of experience in Security Operations, Fraud Operations, or SOC Analyst roles.

️ Hands-on experience with at least one of the following:

• WAF/CDN security platforms (Fastly preferred)

• Bot management solutions (Kasada or similar)

️ Strong investigative skills, including log analysis, alert review, and web/account activity analysis.

️ Experience performing operational security tasks such as:

• Suspicious site investigations

• Account compromise reviews

• Secure password resets

️ Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting bot and fraud defense programs for eCommerce, financial services, or high-traffic consumer platforms.

Basic scripting knowledge or SQL experience for data analysis.

Previous experience working in a global 24x7 operations environment
