Job Title: Cyber AI- Specialty Software Engineer

Contract Length: 12+ Month contract

Location: Plano, TX/ Iselin, NJ/ Charlotte, NC/ Chandler, AZ/ Minneapolis, MN/ Columbus, OH

Pay: W2

Overview

Seeking a Cyber AI Lead Specialty Software Engineer responsible for the design, development, testing, documentation, and analysis of specific modules or features of new or upgraded software systems and products.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI applications using Enterprise APIs, LLMs, agent frameworks, and related technologies
  • Collaborate with enterprise teams to integrate LLM models with existing products and systems
  • Develop and maintain large-scale applications using Java, Python, OpenShift containers, GCP public cloud, and related technologies
  • Deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic frameworks and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems and develop new ones
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to applications and models
  • Assist other individuals in advanced software development

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 4+ years experience in software development
  • 4+ years experience in Python, Java, OpenShift containers, GCP public cloud, and other relevant technologies
  • 3+ years of AI and ML concepts including deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Chatbots, Transformer models, SWE-Bench
  • Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Swarm, CrewAI, AutoGen, Google ADK
  • Exposure to DevOps and testing best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
  • Certification in AI, machine learning, or a related field
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field
