Job Description

About the Role:
In the CX/UX Designer role, you will build upon your UX design foundation to take on more responsibility in shaping user experiences. You will engage in designing more detailed wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes while contributing to user research and usability testing efforts. This position allows you to further hone your skills and collaborate more closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
. Design wireframes, storyboards, and user flows with moderate supervision.
. Conduct user research sessions and compile feedback for actionable insights.
. Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design intentions.
. Assist in leading usability testing and analyzing findings to improve designs.
. Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
. Collaborate with product managers and developers to align user needs with business goals.
. Present design concepts and research findings to stakeholders.
. Implement user feedback to iterate and refine design solutions.
. Stay informed on UX trends and share relevant insights with the team.
. Support junior team members and provide guidance as needed.

Skills:
. Wireframing: Intermediate skills in creating detailed wireframes and user flows.
. User Research: Competence in planning and conducting user research and synthesizing findings.
. Prototyping: Ability to create interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
. Usability Testing: Proficiency in conducting usability tests and deriving actionable insights.
. Design Systems: Knowledge of maintaining and using design systems and style guides.
. Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
. Presentation: Ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
. Iteration: Skills in iterating design solutions based on user feedback and testing outcomes.
