Job Description

  • Data analytics for Aftersales and Customer Experience Sections for the region.
  • Provide Insights to RCXGM on market trend, Regional performance for CX & AFS KPIs.
  • Release weekly reports to Field team on key KPIs.
  • Allocation and Tracking Budget utilization for Regional Activities.
  • Co-ordinate with General Administration & HO CX for Management approvals.
  • Tracking of CX employee travel budget vs expenses.
  • Dashboard preparation and Data Management for Region.
  • Support Section Head in Business Plan preparation for the Region.
  • Co-ordinate with Field team on Business Plan Progression.
  • Audit Compilation for region and Analytics.
  • Co-ordination with Field team on Dealer Payments & License fees.
  • Collation of Action Plan from Stake holders and organize Review sessions.
  • Generate Regional & Dealer KDEP performance.
  • Co-ordinate with HO Planning section for AFS, CX & CX training on Monthly activities.
