Job Description

Role Overview

  • Implement, configure, and support SAP ABAP and FICO modules (specifically CWR and EPS) to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to design technical solutions and ensure smooth SAP operations.
  • Optimize SAP processes and troubleshoot issues for finance and payroll-related functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
  • Configure and support SAP FICO modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll-related processes.
  • Work on CWR (Corporate Wage Reporting) and EPS (Employee Provident Scheme) integration within SAP FICO.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support end-user testing.
  • Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for SAP implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Provide documentation, training, and support to end-users as required.

Required Qualifications

  • 38 years of experience in SAP ABAP and SAP FICO implementation or support.
  • Hands-on experience with CWR and EPS modules is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SAP technical and functional concepts.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot SAP issues efficiently.
  • Knowledge of SAP integration with other modules and third-party systems.
