Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team for Java and AWS-based roles as well as L2 Production Support. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, software engineering, and production support.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AWS-based infrastructure including DR (Disaster Recovery) planning at AWS Infra level.
  • Provision infrastructure using Terraform on AWS.
  • Provide L2 support for production systems including Unix/Linux, SQL, and Java applications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in production environments.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts.
  • Support Java-based applications and microservices in AWS cloud environment.
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC and ITSM processes during support and deployment activities.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 4+ years for L2 Support or 8+ years for Java MSB + AWS roles.
  • Strong knowledge of core AWS services including EC2, S3, ALB, NATGW, EFS, Lambda, and API Gateway.
  • Hands-on experience with Java or other object-oriented programming languages (C++, Python).
  • Unix/Linux commands and scripting experience.
  • SQL querying, stored procedures coding, and database debugging experience.
  • Understanding of software engineering concepts and production support processes.
