We are looking for a hands-on Business Data Analyst contractor who is a creative problem solver with a passion to deliver advanced data-driven solutions. You will work alongside partner managers, real-time operations, and others to grow our business at .
We are an exciting, growing, and fun team that works with industry-leading analytics tools, techniques and best practices.
Qualifications:
4+ years experience with quantitative analysis
Experience in network allocation and partner/vendor management.
Experience with data visualization (we use Tableau for many of our business-facing dashboards, but we won't say no to a ggplot or two)
Solid communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
Contact center operations experience/ Workforce management
Tableau or similar BI software
