Cutover Manager ( SAP ECC to s/4 Hana)

8-10+ years in SAP, including at least two or three S/4HANA conversion cutovers where they personally owned the runbook, preferably conversions using SUM with DMO.

Builds and runs a minute-by-minute runbook covering technical downtime, data migration, post-conversion functional steps and reconciliations, with named owners, dependencies and timings.

Plans the downtime window: business freeze, pre- and post-conversion reconciliation of balances and open items, go/no-go checkpoints, and a tested rollback plan.

Runs a 24x7 command centre with shift handovers, status reporting and escalation; comfortable using tools such as SAP Cloud ALM.
