Cutlist Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cut List Specialist to join our procurement and production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating accurate cut lists based on project drawings, ensuring efficient use of materials and smooth workflow in the factory.

This position is based out of out factory in New Sy No. 14/2, Kalkere Village, KrishnaRajapuram, Hobli, Bengaluru East, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560113.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review project drawings and specifications to generate manual detailed cut lists.

- Collaborate with the design teams to understand material requirements and dimensions.

- Identify and specify the types, quantities, and dimensions of materials needed for production.

- Ensure cut lists are accurate and optimized for material usage and production efficiency.

- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of required materials.

- Maintain and update records of cut lists, material usage, and inventory levels.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to cut lists and material requirements.

- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the cut list generation process and overall production efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an interior modular factory or related industry.

- Strong understanding of materials, measurements, and production processes.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., CAD software, MS Office).
