Job Summary:

The Cut to Size (CTS) Senior Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the cutting operations of quartz and engineered stone slabs to customer-specific dimensions using advanced CNC and automated cutting machinery. The role demands deep technical expertise, people management skills, and an understanding of the Indian engineered stone industry's quality, export standards, and production efficiency requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering from a recognized university.
• Diploma Engineers with 7+ years of relevant experience may also be considered.
• Technical certifications in CNC programming or lean manufacturing are an added advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and cutting optimization software.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or local manufacturing ERPs

Experience:

• Minimum 58 years of experience in a CTS or production role in an engineered stone / quartz / marble / granite manufacturing unit.
• Practical experience with CNC cutting machines, waterjets, bridge saws, and polishing lines.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, blade wear, material behavior, and nesting strategies.
• Experience working with domestic and export CTS projects (e.g., countertops, vanities, flooring, wall cladding).
• Familiarity with Indian and international quality standards and specifications (e.g., ASTM, ISO, ANSI).
