Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Customs Clearance Executive (H-Card) with strong knowledge of SEZ shipment clearance, customs regulations, and import/export procedures. The ideal candidate must hold a valid H-Card and have hands-on experience in independently handling customs clearance operations. Male candidates are preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Handle and clear import & export shipments (Sea/Air) independently.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, laws, tariff classifications, duty structures, and import/export restrictions.
- Liaise with customs officials to facilitate smooth clearance of goods.
- Address and resolve delays, documentation discrepancies, inspections, and clearance-related issues.
- Monitor adherence to customs procedures and maintain updated knowledge of regulatory changes.
- Generate reports on customs clearance activities and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of required records.
- Stay updated on customs laws and participate in continuous learning/training.
