We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team in India. This role involves interacting with customers to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services. Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Providing detailed information about products and services to customers.
  • Maintaining customer records and updating account information as necessary.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and MS Office Suite.
