Job Description

As a Growth/Customer Value Expert, you will act as a strategic partner to our customers owning value being delivered to the customer by aligning business objectives with product capabilities, and ensuring long-term engagement.

You will collaborate closely with CXOs and senior client stakeholders and internally with pre-sales, product, engineering and support teams to drive seamless execution and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Deliver Value- Understand client business objectives and align them with our TMS capabilities.
  • Relationship- Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs/ key stakeholders.
  • Trusted Advisor- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Implementation Project Leadership

  • Manage end-to-end implementation projects.
  • Drive project governance, scope control, and milestone tracking.
  • Ensure delivery within agreed timelines and resources.
  • Champion project management best practices.

Data-Driven Customer Success

  • Monitor adoption metrics, engagement levels, and KPIs.
  • Identify churn risks and proactively recommend improvements.
  • Deliver actionable insights that help customers maximize ROI.

Customer Training & Enablement

  • Conduct/ drive training sessions and enablement workshops.
  • Develop customized onboarding plans and learning paths.
  • Accelerate time-to-value through structured adoption programs.

Customer Feedback Loop

  • Act as the voice of the customer internally.
  • Collaborate with Product to drive enhancements and new feature development.

Role Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in handling Enterprise Customers
  • Strong first-principles thinker with structured problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain principles and warehouse operations.
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
