Job Description

About CloudSEK:

CloudSEK is one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity companies, built with a mission to predict cyber threats before they cause damage.

Our platforms help enterprises detect threats across infrastructure vulnerabilities, third-party risks, and emerging AI-related threats.

CloudSEK is trusted by leading enterprises, banks, fintechs, technology companies, and large digital businesses across India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and global markets. We are a company built by security researchers, engineers, and problem-solvers. Our culture is simple: do what is right for the customer and for the security community.

Role overview:

CloudSEK is looking for a Customer Threat Advisor to help customers convert cyber intelligence into clear action.

This is a customer-facing security role for someone who understands cyber threats and can explain them clearly to CISOs, security teams, and business stakeholders.

The role sits at the intersection of customer success, threat intelligence, AI security, infrastructure vulnerability management, and security consulting.

What You Will Do:

Own Customer Threat Outcomes-

You will ensure that customers clearly understand the threats affecting them and the value CloudSEK is delivering.

You will:

  • Review threat intelligence findings for assigned accounts.
  • Identify high-priority incidents that need customer attention.
  • Explain the business impact of threats.
  • Share critical incident updates with CISOs and security teams.
  • Follow up on important incidents until there is action or closure.

Conduct Weekly Incident Triage-

You will work closely with analysts to review customer incidents every week.

You will:

  • Review critical and high-severity incidents.
  • Prioritize incidents based on customer context and business impact.
  • Prepare clear customer-ready summaries.
  • Ensure important incidents are not missed or buried in reports.
  • Track which incidents were reported, acknowledged, and actioned.

Act as a Security Consultant to Customers-

You should enjoy working like a consultant.

You will:

  • Understand the customer's environment.
  • Ask the right questions.
  • Investigate issues with analysts.
  • Simplify complex threats.
  • Connect findings to business risk.
  • Advise customers on the next best action.

This role is not about passing information from one team to another. It is about helping customers understand risk and act with confidence.

What We Are Looking For-

We are looking for someone who can understand cyber threats and explain them clearly to customers.

The person should have interest or experience across:

  • Threat Intelligence.
  • Dark web and deep web threats.

  • Brand impersonation.
  • Data leaks.
  • Infrastructure vulnerabilities.
  • Attack surface exposures.
  • Cloud and internet-facing risks.
  • AI security risks.
  • Third-party and vendor risks.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 3–7 years of experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, SOC, customer success, technical account management, security consulting, or security operations.
  • Strong understanding of security incidents and business risk.
  • Ability to communicate with both analysts and CISOs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity to investigate and understand threats.
  • Ownership mindset.
  • Ability to use AI tools responsibly to improve investigation, summarization, and reporting.

Key Success Metrics:

The most important success metric for this role will be:

Number of successful incidents triaged and reported to customers.

Other metrics include:

  • Number of critical incidents proactively communicated.
  • Number of incidents acknowledged or actioned by customers.
  • Quality of customer-ready incident summaries.
  • Quality of weekly incident reviews.
  • Customer feedback from CISOs and security teams.

What Success Looks Like:

A successful Customer Threat Advisor ensures that every assigned customer clearly understands:

  • What threats were discovered.
  • Which incidents matter most.
  • Why they matter.
  • What action should be taken.
  • What value CloudSEK delivered.

The best people in this role will not wait for escalations. They will proactively find value, explain risk, and help customers act before the issue becomes a crisis.

CloudSEK is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
