The Role
Privasapien is seeking a high-velocity Customer Technical Product Manager (CTPM) to lead the technical FrontLine. This role is the critical link between our advanced R&D and our most ambitious enterprise customers.
You are responsible for taking deep-tech concepts and making them operational across the entire Data and AI lifecycle.
You thrive on The Hunt: defining a use case, navigating complex enterprise barriers, and successfully delivering a Proof
of Concept (PoC) that converts a trial into an annual contract.
Key Responsibilities
- PoC Lifecycle & Scoping across Data & AI
- Use Case Engineering: Work with customer stakeholders (CISOs, Data Scientists, and DPOs) to define highvalue use cases across Data Collection, Data-in-Use, AI Assessment, and Safe Inference.
- Scope Definition: Draft precise PoC scopes that balance customer ambition with stringent timelines, ensuring a
clear path to Success Criteria and contract sign-off.
- Navigation: Act as the lead navigator through the customer's internal processes—Information Security (Infosec)
reviews, Data Access requests, and Cloud environment provisioning.
- Technical Execution & Lifecycle Integration
- Lifecycle Oversight: Lead the hands-on deployment of Privasapien's solutions throughout the data journey—
from initial collection and transformation to model training and deployment.
- Full-Stack Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve integration bottlenecks. Whether it's a failure in a Big Data
ETL pipeline or a latency issue during Safe Inference, you are the first responder.
- AI Assessment & Governance: Lead the technical evaluation of customer AI models, ensuring they meet
privacy and safety standards through our automated assessment frameworks at every stage of the lifecycle.

- R&D Bridge & Product Evolution
- Requirement Distillation: When a customer requires a feature we don't yet have, you write the PRD (Product
Requirement Document) and work with the R&D team to prioritize and build it.
- Rapid Problem Solving: Act as the field-engineer-in-chief, collaborating with core developers to solve Edge
Case bugs that only appear in high-scale customer environments.
- Commercial Conversion
- Technical Advocacy: Present PoC results to customer executives, proving the ROI of Privacy Engineering in
terms of both risk mitigation and data utility across the AI lifecycle.
- Sign-off Management: Drive the technical validation process to ensure 100% of success criteria are met,
securing the technical sign-off required for Annual Contract Value (ACV) conversion.
Who You Are
- The Delivery Specialist: You have 6+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Solutions
Architecture, or Technical Delivery for B2B Enterprise SaaS.
- Deep-Tech Fluent: You understand the fundamentals of AI/ML inference, Big Data stacks
(Spark/Snowflake), and Cloud security. You aren't afraid of complex math or cryptic logs.
- The Closer: You are driven by deadlines. You have a proven track record of managing multiple customer
PoCs simultaneously under stringent timelines.
- Lifecycle Architect: You can sit with a developer to debug a script and then walk into a boardroom to explain the
importance of privacy-safe data flows to a Chief Data Officer.
- Resilient: You know that enterprise environments are messy. You are an expert at finding workarounds and
keeping a project moving when internal customer hurdles arise.
Technical Requirements
- Strong experience with API integrations, Cloud Ecosystems (IAM, VPCs, Kubernetes), and Data Pipelines.
- Deep familiarity with the Data and AI Lifecycle, including model deployment and validation.
- Excellent documentation skills (PRDs, Technical Project Plans, and Executive Summaries).
- A degree from a premium technical institute (IIT/NIT/BITS or equivalent) is highly preferred.
