Customer Suppport Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION What we are looking for: - • We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Chat Support) to deliver high-quality support through digital chat platforms • This role requires strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently • Handle inbound customer interactions via chat with professionalism and empathy • Understand customer issues and provide accurate, timely resolutions • Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT/NPS) • Document chat interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems • 0–2 years of customer service experience (chat support preferred) • Strong written communication skills in English • Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously • Prior experience in chat-based customer support • Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or managed care processes • Familiarity with CRM tools or chat platforms Excellent written communication and typing accuracy Background Acceptance: - • Process only B.Sc, B.Com, BA, MBA graduates except for (B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA and BCA) Expectation Setting: - • 6 Months contract • Rotational Shifts • Rotational Week offs • 100% Work from Office • No unplanned leaves and NCNS cases will be entertained. • Unnecessary excuses for extended break times. • No Public Holiday • Influential Factors • Exclusion of Company Transport doesn't allow you to go late to Job. • Please take acceptance on expectation setting + learnings(Attendance, Resingation, Behavior / Attitude) – Attached. Client will provide: - • Two way cabs with nodal points within 40km radius, no last minute drops due to nodel routes, please keep the expectation set from day1 • Meals are not provided. • 1 month training at Client site and afterwards will be moved to production.
