We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in customer service, with a passion for helping others and a desire to provide exceptional support to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, issues, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Document and track customer interactions and feedback in the support system.
