Accountabilities

Requirements

  • Any graduate with 0-11 months of experience in customer service, voice support, or related fields.
  • Excellent English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal, convincing, and customer-handling abilities.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with customers regularly.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Good problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support processes.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts as required.
  • Candidates should be based in Ahmedabad and eligible to work remotely from the location.
