Job Description

We are hiring for Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) for a leading company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Resolve customer queries in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Maintain quality and productivity standards
  • Follow company policies and processes

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate (All documents mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • 15 years of experience in voice process (Freshers can also be considered if communication is good)

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills
  • Customer handling skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Problem-solving ability
