Job Overview:
We are hiring experienced professionals for a US Voice (Telecom) process. This role requires strong communication skills, prior BPO voice experience, and the ability to handle international customers efficiently. Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts and in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions for US telecom clients
Resolve customer queries related to billing, network, or service issues
Maintain high-quality customer experience and adherence to process guidelines
Meet performance metrics like AHT, CSAT, and quality scores
Document interactions accurately in the system
Eligibility Criteria:
HSC / Graduate (Mandatory)
1–3+ years of BPO voice experience (US/International preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills
Versant Score: 58+

Salary up to ₹51,000 (In-hand)

5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs
