Language:Telugu – Good Professional Speaking Skills Mandatory

Salary:17,000 – 25,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining service quality.
• Update customer details accurately in the system.
• Provide clear and professional information to customers.
• Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards.

Skills Required

• Good professional Telugu-speaking skills – Mandatory.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good listening and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
