Role: Customer Support.

Industry Type- BPO.

Employment Type-Full Time, Permanent.

Education Qualification- Intermediate or Any Graduation.

Work Location: Secunderabad. (Work from Office)

6 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)

Pure dayshifts only.

CTC Fresher's- Rs. 1,67,247 LPA (13,373 Take home for Nat's) (Tamil/Kannada with basic English and computer knowledge)

CTC Experienced- Rs. 2,20,000/- LPA (17728 Take Home- for Nat's) (Malayalam) With basic English and computer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls and provide information.

Explaining about products.

Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.

Handling enquiry and service calls.

Eligibility Criteria: -

1. Basic English and good communication skills in Kannada, Malayalam & Tamil (Any One Language)

2. Fresher's and experienced can apply.

3. Sales experience would be an advantage.

4. Candidate should be willing to work from office.

5. Immediate Joiners preferred.

6.No cab facility.
