Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh, India, for a Customer Support Team Lead. The role involves overseeing daily operations of the customer support team, ensuring timely and professional resolution of client inquiries, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The individual will also be responsible for analyzing support metrics, implementing process improvements, and providing coaching and support to team members. Additionally, the Team Lead will liaise with other departments to address technical issues and support client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Support and a track record of ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and improve support processes
• Excellent Communication skills for effectively managing client interactions and team coordination
• Experience with Technical Support to address issues requiring troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Proven leadership abilities to inspire and manage a customer support team effectively
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and adaptability to dynamic environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
