Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
• Pitch products/services and close sales effectively
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Resolve customer queries while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities

• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
