Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Specialist open to candidates based anywhere in India. Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Support and focus on Customer Satisfaction
Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers
Experience providing Technical Support and resolving customer inquiries effectively
Excellent Analytical Skills to assess and address customer concerns and suggest solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM platforms is a plus
