Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving customer issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Other responsibilities include offering technical support and understanding customer needs to enhance their experience with our educational programs.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction abilities to effectively address client needs and inquiries
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills to communicate with customers in a clear, polite, and professional manner
  • Technical Support expertise to assist customers and troubleshoot technical issues where required
  • Analytical Skills to evaluate customer concerns and implement effective resolutions
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the education or edtech industry, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
