Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive, employees will handle guest & host queries related to bookings, check-in support, payments, refunds, collections, and cancellations concerns of customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls for booking assistance
  • Support guests with check-in, listing info & host coordination
  • Manage cancellations, refunds, modifications & safety issues
  • Explain policies clearly
  • Maintain CRM records
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalated cases
  • Achieve AHT, CSAT, QA & attendance KPIs

Required Skills

  • Excellent English communication
  • Customer service mindset
  • Problem-solving & patience
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
  • Basic computer skills (typing, email, CRM)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Collection, Travel, BPO Voice, Hospitality, Airline/Hotel support
  • Knowledge of Zendesk, Salesforce, Five9, Genesys
