Role: Customer Support Executive (International Chat)
We are seeking an experienced Chat Support Specialist to join our high-performance international operations team. This role is designed for professionals who possess a sharp eye for detail, exceptional written communication, and a proven track record in global customer relations.
Core Responsibilities
- Expert Query Resolution: Deliver high-quality, real-time support to international clients via chat, ensuring adherence to global CSAT and NPS benchmarks.
- Complex Troubleshooting: Navigate multiple systems and internal databases to resolve escalated customer issues efficiently.
- Process Excellence: Maintain a 100% accuracy rate in CRM logging and follow-up documentation.
Candidate Profile
- Experience:Minimum 1+ year of experience in an International Chat/Email process (Mandatory).
- Communication: Native-level proficiency in written English (flawless grammar, syntax, and professional tone).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce) and a typing speed of 30+ WPM.
- Global Mindset: Strong understanding of US/UK cultural nuances and service expectations.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational environment, including night shifts.
